The Cinco Banderas Collection was conceived and founded in 1988 through the generosity of the Kobacker Foundation. The permanent collection is exhibited in appropriate public locations and is made possible through an endowment fund established to support outstanding individual artists, and to provide funds for non-traditional arts programs in Northwest Florida.
