McKenzie Oerting Fund Established at Artel

The Artel Board of Directors is pleased to announce the establishment of the McKenzie Oerting Fund in memory of McKenzie Oerting, artist and Artel board member.

Contributions to the fund will be used to defray the cost of Artel's Art Explorations series featuring speakers and other educational presentations, which McKenzie chaired for many years.

McKenzie was known by many as the "Purple-haired Chick" and her delightful personality, generosity of spirit and amazing talent will be long remembered. This fund is Artel's way of paying tribute to a unique individual and extending her legacy in the arts community. The donation levels below reflect McKenzie's use of diverse media in the expression of her art.
