Artel Gallery Night Vendor Guidelines

Artel welcomes Artel members in good standing to participate as vendors during Gallery Night.

Application Process:

  • Membership Requirement: Only current Artel members are eligible.

Reservations:

  • Contact: Diana Amato, Email: ponypwr99@aol.com, Text: 850-380-9225

  • First-Come, First-Served: reserve your spot at least two weeks in advance (preferably a month).

  • Confirmation Deadline: Confirm your reservation one week before the event.

Fees:

  • Outdoor Spaces: $25

  • Indoor Spaces: $20

Setup Details:

  • Bring your own tent with proper weights for wind resistance.

  • Artel provides one 6' table and chair per vendor (limited availability).

  • Electricity: Bring a 100’ extension cord and duct tape if needed.

Location & Parking:

  • Vendor spaces are in the handicapped parking area in front of Artel (old courthouse). These spaces may not be cleared by 4:00 PM, so plan to unload on the sidewalk and park elsewhere.

Event Guidelines:

  • Sales: Vendors handle their own transactions. Artel does not manage sales or take commissions.

  • Breakdown: Cleanup starts at 9:00 PM. Return tables and chairs inside by 9:30 PM.
