Artel is pleased to offer space for Gallery Night art vendors.

Vendors must be current Artel members in good standing.

Potential new vendors must send several photos of intended art for sale to Chris Rojas at the phone number listed above.  Artel reserves the right to refuse entry of art deemed inappropriate, pornographic, or otherwise unfit for viewing by younger visitors to Gallery Night.

Reservation for vendor space is on a first-come, first-served basis.  You must contact Chris Rojas at least two weeks, and preferably a month, prior to the Gallery Night you wish to participate in.

You must confirm your spot one week prior to the event.  Spots that are not confirmed will not be reserved and may be given to another interested artist.

Fees for the spaces are $25.00 for outside and $20.00 for inside.

You must have your own tent with adequate weights to prevent it from becoming airborne if windy.

Artel has 6’ tables available, as well as chairs.  Two of each may be borrowed per vendor.

We suggest a 100’ extension cord and duct tape if you require electricity.

Artel’s spaces are the handicapped parking spaces on the street located directly in front of Artel (old courthouse).  These spaces might not be vacated by 4:00 pm, so we encourage dropping off your tent and supplies on the sidewalk and parking elsewhere.  Feel free to ask Chris for advice on parking.

Breakdown begins at 9:00 pm and access to inside the gallery to return tables and chairs ends at 9:30.  Please be prompt.

Vendors must be able to transact their own sales, whether cash or credit. Artel does not conduct any Gallery Night vendor transactions, or take a percentage of sales.
